The Fargo Warriors Lacrosse Club is the Fargo-Moorhead area’s premier youth lacrosse program. Entering its fifth season, the club is looking to expand on the two teams (varsity and a seventh/eighth grade team) it fielded last year.

The club will be offering sessions for three different age groups this winter season; one for high school players, one for students in sixth through eighth grades and a third for youth in grades two through five.

All three groups will practice and undergo skills development on Wednesdays. High school players will practice from 4 to 5:10 p.m.; sixth- through eighth-graders will practice from 5:10 to 6:20 p.m.; and second- through fifth-graders will practice from 6:20 to 7:30 p.m.

On Saturdays, players will participate in scrimmages. The second- through fifth-graders will play from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m.; the sixth- through eight-graders will scrimmage from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m.; and the high schoolers will play from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.

Youth registration fees cover indoor rental fees, club administrative costs and coaching fees. However, it does not include the cost of equipment. For players needing assistance with equipment, the club has sets of sticks, arm pads, should pads and gloves available for use at no cost.

For insurance purposes, all players must be registered members of U.S. Lacrosse. If you are already a member, you will not need to pay anything. However, new members must pay $25 for grades two through eight or $35 for high schoolers. You will be directed toward the U.S. Lacrosse registration during registration for the club’s winter season.
